Concrete & Paving Water-Based Topcoat is the final stage in transforming your surfaces. This hardwearing finishing coat is easy to keep clean and withstands high-traffic areas for a durable, lasting finish.

Application tools:

• 15mm nap roller
• Roller frame with an extension pole
• Roller tray
• 50-65mm brush

Touch dry: 30 mins
Re-coat time: Allow to fully dry before applying the 2nd coat
NOTE: This product may appear lumpy due to the anti-slip particles. This is completely normal and will mix through after a few minutes of stirring.

1. Stir well before and during application with a broad, flat paddle using an up-and-down scooping action. 
2. Use a brush to cut-in around any edges or hard-to-reach places, then apply one coat of Concrete and Paving Topcoat using a roller. Work in small sections, ensuring you slightly overlap the previous section to minimise raised edges
3. Allow to fully dry before applying the 2nd coat. Tip: For rough concrete with peaks and dips, you may find that the paint is difficult to get into the dips. On the first coat, try using the edges of the roller or a paintbrush to work the paint into these dips. Allow to fully dry.
4. Step 4 – Apply 2nd coat.
