Dulux Precision Sealer Binder 1L

PRECISION® Sealer Binder is an oil-based prepcoat that seals porous surfaces and binds unpainted powdery surfaces such as bare plaster, cement sheet and brick to provide a sound foundation to apply subsequent paint coats. It helps protect finishes against alkali attack and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Seals porous, powdery and hard set plaster surfaces, and binds chalky surfaces, Protects finishes against alkali attack, Interior and exterior use.
