Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4.3 Delivery Limitations

We currently do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

  • Opened containers of Adhesives and Contact Adhesives
  • Used Paint Applicators (brushes, rollers, pads, or sprayguns)
  • Custom-mixed paint from our Colour Palette

To initiate a return:

  3. Package the item securely in original packaging

User Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
