Wattyl Master Prep Spirit-Based Stain Blocker is a fast drying barrier coat with an excellent stain blocking power. It prevents bleed-through of unwanted stains such as smoke, water, tannin, bitumen and other surface contaminants which are soluble in water and oil-based paints.
